Black Rock’s dedicated safety manager works with our team to staff every job site and project with the proper tools and processes to ensure the safety of the Black Rock crew as well as our client site’s crew.
Black Rock ensures a work zone that is free of hazards. Our stringent training includes ongoing education from our OEM partners.
Prioritizing Safety
Safety Manager: Black Rock employs a dedicated safety manager to ensure the safety of our crew as well as our client’s site crew.
Site preparation: Ensure the work area is level, stable, and free of obstructions.
Machine inspection: Our team checks for damage, leaks, and wear and tear, making sure safety features like guards and emergency stops work.
Personal protective equipment (PPE): Gloves, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and other appropriate PPE are required for team members.
Operator training: Black Rock ensures all operators are trained on the machine's controls, safety procedures, and maintenance.
Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance inspections to identify potential problems.
Safety briefings: Black Rock teams hold regular safety briefings to reinforce our safety guidelines.
Emergency response: Each team has a plan for responding to emergencies.
Black Rock can assist with your team’s logistics of material handling, including scheduling concrete waste delivery, product storage, and transportation of recycled aggregates to their final destination
